Improve the lives of less privileged people through the provision of free qualitative education, healthcare and human capacity-building programmes.
About Us
A foundation built on compassion, integrity and the belief that no one should be left behind.
Al Sa’eed Humanitarian Foundation is a compassionate and community-focused organisation committed to improving the lives of less privileged, vulnerable and underserved members of society.
Who We Are
An organisation for people whose ability has never been the problem.
We believe every individual deserves access to basic opportunities, quality education, healthcare, dignity and the support needed to live a healthy and productive life.
Through humanitarian initiatives, the Foundation provides free qualitative education, healthcare support and human capacity-building programmes designed to empower individuals and create sustainable opportunities for personal and community development.
The Foundation also promotes healthy living among youths and disadvantaged members of society through positive lifestyles, health awareness, personal development and responsible participation in community life. It is committed to providing care, support, relief and assistance to vulnerable individuals and families.
Our Purpose
Why this Foundation exists
Opportunity is not evenly distributed. Whether a child finishes school, whether an illness is treated before it becomes serious, whether a young person learns a skill that leads to work — these outcomes still depend heavily on circumstances no one chooses.
Al Sa’eed Humanitarian Foundation was formed to narrow that gap in practical ways: by removing cost as a barrier to education, by supporting access to healthcare, by building the capacity of people who have ability but not opportunity, and by standing with families during periods of genuine hardship.
We regard this as work with people rather than work done to them. The people we serve are already capable. What they need is what many others were simply given.
Every individual deserves access to basic opportunities, quality education, healthcare, dignity and the support needed to live a healthy and productive life.

Core Values
Eight values that govern how we work
They are not decoration. They determine which work we take on, how we carry it out, and how the people we serve are treated.

Integrity
We uphold honesty, transparency, accountability and ethical standards in our activities and engagements.
Empowerment
We believe in equipping individuals with education, skills, knowledge and opportunities that enable them to become confident, productive and self-reliant.
Equality and Inclusion
We believe every person deserves dignity, respect and equal opportunities regardless of background or circumstances.
Service
We are dedicated to serving humanity and making a positive difference through education, healthcare, capacity building and humanitarian assistance.

Sustainability
We focus on programmes and initiatives that create lasting impact and contribute to long-term individual and community development.
Our Approach
How we approach humanitarian service
Five principles that follow directly from our values and shape day-to-day decisions.
-
Dignity first
Assistance is offered in a way that protects the self-respect of the person receiving it. We treat every individual with respect and uphold their dignity while providing care, support and assistance.
-
Inclusion without conditions
Support is directed by need. Every person deserves dignity, respect and equal opportunity, regardless of background or circumstances.
-
Capacity, not dependency
Wherever it is possible, immediate help is paired with something that lasts — education, a skill, knowledge or an opportunity that widens a person’s options.
-
Accountability in the open
We uphold honesty, transparency, accountability and ethical standards in our activities and engagements, and expect to be asked about them.
-
Work built to last
We focus on programmes and initiatives that contribute to long-term individual and community development rather than one-off gestures.
